Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude

• Help customers select scrubs, footwear, compression socks, and accessories

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience

• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management

• Support promotional events and new product launches

• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive store environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Closed Sundays
