Job Title: Laminator (Second Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laminator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing and laminating products directly from the print machines. This role requires excellent mechanical aptitude and the ability to work well with hands. You will collaborate with team members and may use both hand and power tools to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Finish and laminate products from print machines.
• Use hand and power tools effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stay physically active and on your feet for extended periods.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work well with hands.
• Experience in assembly, packaging, and production.
• Proficiency in machine operation and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a print shop.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with using hand and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
