Bring your EPA‑certified skills to a busy apartment community where you’ll handle essential repairs, support residents, and keep the property running smoothly. This role is perfect for a tech who enjoys hands‑on work and wants long‑term growth.
Job Description
You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs while completing daily work orders and supporting unit turns.
Key Responsibilities
- To perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs (EPA Type II or Universal required)
- To troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues
- To complete work orders efficiently and accurately
- To support make‑readies, preventative maintenance, and general repairs
- To ensure property safety and communicate repair needs
Required Skills & Experience
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
- Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills
- Own hand tools required
- Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused
