Position: HVAC Subcontractor (Service & Installation)We are seeking professional HVAC subcontractors to handle service and installation work in existing residential homes and multi-family units. This is a great opportunity for motivated technicians who want steady work, clear pay structures, and the ability to focus on their craft while we handle the rest.

Service Income:
30% of gross ticket value
Installation Income (Flat Rates):
Condenser Only – $300
Evaporator Coil Only – $300
Air Handler / Furnace – $400
Evap Coil & Condenser – $600
Gas Furnace & Evap Coil – $600
Up-Flow/Over Tub (Apartment) Complete Change Out – $700
Horizontal Complete Change Out – $800
Valid HVAC license and insurance (state requirements must be met)
Experience in residential and multi-family HVAC service & installation
Professionalism and reliability
Ability to work independently while representing the ELC brand
