**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator in a fabrication shop where you will be performing metal cutting using brake presses, plasma burners, and shears. You will be responsible for creating various items for mining equipment and other metal plates. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC laser/plasma tables, brake presses, and burning tables. + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently. + Work from blueprints and shop drawings to execute tasks. + Assemble and build metal components with precision. + Cut and measure alloy steel accurately. + Inspect metal and finished products to ensure quality. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and CNC machine operation. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Competence in machine operating, assembly, and inspection. + Skilled in plasma cutting and using a laser cutter. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from the opportunity to transition to a full-time position with potential pay raises upon full-time hiring.
