Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Level 3)** to join our PAC-3 Program in **Huntsville, Alabama** .
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Develops and implements manufacturing processes
+ Provides concurrent engineering support
+ Defines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope
+ Reviews and approves technical documents
+ Analyzes charging trends and develops projected manpower forecast
+ Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
+ Leads projects and participates in technical research on proposed projects
+ Serves as primary interface with internal customers
+ Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization
+ Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective/preventative action
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.**
**This position is for 1st shift.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):**
+ **More than 3 years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects**
+ **More than 3 years of experience with Boeing Production System (BPS)**
+ **More than 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)**
+ **More than 3 years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)**
+ **More than 3 years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment**
+ **More than 5 years of experience using strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills**
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):**
+ **Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements**
+ **Experience with project management**
+ **Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership**
+ **Active Secret Security Clearance**
+ **Bachelor's degree**
**Typical Education/Experience:**
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $79,050 - $97,650
