We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive who will play a key role in expanding our customer base across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors. You’ll own the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized accounts — from prospecting to close — while partnering with senior leadership on larger enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and industry networking.
Qualify inbound inquiries to identify fit, needs, and decision-makers.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to highlight Modjoul’s value in improving safety
outcomes and operational visibility.
Manage the full sales process — proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closing — for small and mid-sized
customers.
Collaborate with the CRO and executive team on strategic accounts and enterprise deals.
Maintain accurate records of pipeline and activities within the CRM (Monday experience preferred).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
Serve as the customer’s advocate, providing feedback to marketing, product, and customer success
teams to improve messaging and experience.
Requirements
5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or industrial safety products.
Proven success managing the full sales cycle independently — from lead generation to close.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Comfortable with CRM systems and virtual selling tools.
Self-motivated team player energized by reaching ambitious targets.
