EXTRUDER OPERATOR
Location: Rogersville, AL
The Extruder Operator is responsible for ensuring the extruders run properly and in a timely manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains machines within work area, complying with company and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Monitors machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.
- Identifies malfunctions or failures by routinely monitoring and analyzing equipment operations.
- Regulates machine flow, speed, and temperature; if necessary, stop to reset to address malfunctions.
- Change out screens and dies to fit different production needs.
- Adjust equipment for new product line and performs troubleshooting to deliver quality in operations.
- Frequently uses forklifts to complete tasks and transport items.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle and feel.
- Frequently required to climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, smell.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50lbs.
Position is Full time:
- 1st SHIFT TIME- 7AM-7PM
- 2nd SHIFT TIME- 7PM-7AM
PAY RATE: -starting at $16/HR and overtime available
