Parts Counter
Description of the role: The Parts Counter position at McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR in Clanton, AL involves providing exceptional customer service in the automotive parts department. This role requires knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to assist customers in finding the right product for their vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Manage inventory and stock levels in the parts department
- Process orders and returns accurately
- Provide guidance and expertise on automotive parts to customers
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role
