LOCAL TRUCK DRIVER / CDL A
JDEE Transport Services is a Class A employment agency that places drivers in permanent positions across the United States. We are currently seeking experienced drivers with a CDL A for Local positions out of the Opelika, AL area. In this position we are seeking Experienced drivers only that would like to get home daily.
Hiring radius: within 40 miles of Opelika, AL 36801
Operating area: Runs to Atlanta, Birmingham, and South Georgia
Job description:
- Shift: Both day and night
- Home time: Daily
- Work holidays if scheduled
- Live load / Unload, Drop and hook
- $40 for loads under 51 miles
- $15 top pay
- Hazmat endorsement required
- No Touch Freight
Required experience:
- CDL A with 6 months recent experience driving a tractor trailer in the last 12 months
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Job stability
- Stable work history
- Great customer service skills
- Night driving
- No drug test refusals or failures
- Ability to pass urine & hair drug testing
Average weekly pay is $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 (0.58 - 0.71 cpm depending on exp.)
Pay layout; 5-day work schedule earns $800 - $1,200 weekly ($5 all stops)
6-day work week $1,300 - $1.550 (stop pay is $10 first stop and $15 per stop there after
