• Provide exceptional customer service through professional and engaging phone conversations.

• Assist clients in understanding available benefit options and answer questions with confidence and clarity.

• Build strong relationships by actively listening, identifying customer needs, and providing personalized support.

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidential client information.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering a positive and professional experience.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and share best practices.

• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.

• Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, telesales, sales support, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.

• Ability to explain information clearly, confidently, and professionally.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience using customer management systems are a plus.
