With a passion for people and a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a driven, relationship-focused Skilled Trades Recruiter to support hiring needs in our Mobile and Pascagoula locations.

Position Summary
As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified skilled trades professionals for a variety of industrial positions. You’ll play a key role in identifying candidates such as welders, fitters, painters, blasters, electricians, technicians, and general laborers/helpers to meet client needs across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview skilled trades candidates through various sourcing methods (job boards, referrals, social media, and industry events)

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings

• Match candidates to client job orders based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, drug screens, and background checks

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and project timelines

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, client policies, and safety protocols

• Assist in job fairs, hiring events, and local workforce partnerships to attract skilled labor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (skilled trades or industrial staffing preferred)

• Strong understanding of the skilled trades industry and relevant job functions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, etc.)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Must be able to work onsite at one of our locations: Mobile, AL or Pascagoula, MS
