As a Sales Representative at EcoView Windows & Doors, you will guide homeowners through the decision-making process with impressive digital presentations, product demonstrations and in-home inspections and measurements that builds value and appeals to the homeowners needs. Your success will help grow EcoView at the local level, as well as the national level – helping homeowners everywhere save on rising energy cost and upgrade their curb appeal at an affordable price.

Helpful Skills and Experience

 1-3 years Sales experience preferred; Training provided.

 Preferred CRM experience or enthusiasm to learn

 Compelling and strong communication skills

 Ability to learn and execute our company’s Sales Process

 Proficiency and/or quick understanding of presentation software

 Ability and willingness to travel for training and in-home appointments

 Capability in achieving sales goals and maintaining a “Blue-Chip” mindset

 Experience in negotiating pricing and financing

 Love of a fast-moving environment

 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Satisfaction in helping others

 Able to take initiative and confidently direct homeowner interactions

 Customer Service, Support, and Success experience preferred

 Comfortability in an in-home appointment setting
