Front Desk Receptionist

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming communications
• Answer and direct high-volume phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Greet clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and polished front office experience
• Manage scheduling, conference room bookings, and attorney calendars as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file management
• Provide support to legal assistants and administrative staff as needed
