About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks and employee relations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, providing excellent service to employees, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Support benefits administration, payroll processing, and timekeeping activities.
- Handle routine employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and training sessions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR software/systems is a plus.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
