As a Part-Time On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, youll be part of a professional medical team providing injury triage, health support, and wellness guidance. Youll work closely with safety personnel and project leadership while enjoying the flexibility of part-time scheduling.

• 24/7 coverage
• Shifts available:
  • 6am2pm
  • 2pm10pm
  • 10pm6am

What This Role Is

Youll provide on-site medical coverage for a nationally recognized construction project in Montgomery, AL, including:

• Injury assessment, triage, and treatment
• OSHA documentation and reporting
• First aid and emergency response
• Worker health monitoring and wellness guidance
• Collaboration with site safety teams
• Coordination with local EMS when needed

This isnot a traditional ambulance roleyoull work in a clinic setting, build relationships with crews, and play a critical role in keeping the project safe and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
• Provide follow-up care based on evidence-based protocols
• Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
• Conduct pre-employment and ongoing occupational health screenings
• Support workers compensation and risk management processes
• Collaborate with site leadership to promote a culture of safety

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Paramedic License (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• OSHA-30 Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of Paramedic experience
• Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred
• Valid drivers license in good standing
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
