Maintenance Supervisor

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with local toll operations.

Pay Rate

25.00 to 27.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly supervises maintenance technicians and contractors at Tuscaloosa nd Montgomery locations.
• Assigns tasks, set priorities, and monitors performance and completion of tasks
• Provides training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Assists management with scheduling, staffing needs, and performance evaluations
• Contribute and adhere safety, quality and environmental improvement

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma
• Associate's degree or technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive maintenance experience in transportation, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Minimun of 2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Working knowledge of low voltage systems, tolling equip, and access panels.
