Manager of Property Management
- Direct and Supervise the Property Management team in maintaining retail store
- Manage, Plan, and Coordinate activities concerned with the operation, repair,
- Manage major vendor agreements, including facility management providers, HVAC
- Review pricing quotes to approve expenses based on a capped limit.
- Communicate status of issues that arise from retail store maintenance of spaces and
- Direct oversight of approved capital improvement projects as assigned including project
- Review property management plans, pricing, and trends before approving expenses for
- Provide direct training and coaching to the members of the property management staff
- Contact, interview, negotiate, and hire prospective trades and services providers to
- Oversee the payment of any property management needs for the store support center
- Manage the execution of any facilities projects at the store support center and the
- Ensure a clean, safe, and functional working environment for all employees.
- Review and approve vendor invoices with an established approved amount from
- Protect the company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in property management and/or similar job experience
- Experience leading and mentoring a team on best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
