Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to support daily operations with strong customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the industrial location, including production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter routes, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required by site policies, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site rules, and helping to deter disruptions, trespassing, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
