Manufacturing Tech B Ferrous
- Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Tech B Ferrous to join our dynamic team in Auburn, AL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our ferrous materials are produced to the highest standards. - Operate and monitor machinery involved in the ferrous manufacturing process.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
