Product Manager

Join the EOS team as a Product Manager, where you will lead the development of solutions that directly support critical missions and solve meaningful problems for our customers. In this role, you will take full ownership of assigned products, setting direction, driving execution, and ensuring successful outcomes from concept through delivery and beyond.

You will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, identifying market opportunities, and translating customer needs into actionable plans. This role requires a proactive leader who can take initiative, make decisions, and push products forward-aligning cross-functional teams to deliver results in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience within the defense industry or similar regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience owning and driving products across the full lifecycle, from market research and strategy through development and delivery.
• Experience supporting DoD or government contracts and familiarity with DoD acquisition processes.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to translate complex operational needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Active DoD security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Proven ability to lead across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting defense platforms or systems programs.
• Experience with remote weapons systems/crew served weapons.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with competing priorities.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Own assigned products end-to-end, with accountability for strategy, execution, and overall success
• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer priorities and company growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and capability gaps and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Take initiative to move products forward-proactively removing obstacles, driving decisions, and maintaining momentum.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing to deliver on cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for product outcomes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.
• Engage directly with U.S. and international customers and partners to gather requirements, validate solutions, and communicate progress.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, and other applicable defense regulations.
• Develop and support program documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), specifications, system designs, and compliance reports.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement based on customer and mission feedback.
• Track, manage, and report cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
• Support business development efforts, including shaping opportunities, contributing to proposals, and informing pricing strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
