Nurse
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Shift: Evening Shift (3PM–11PM) | Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 Shift differential + full benefits Cordova Health and Rehabilitation , where we offer a home-like, resident-centered environment. Our evening shift allows you to provide focused, thoughtful care while working alongside a dependable, team-oriented staff. Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Evenings As an Evening Shift LPN, you will provide direct nursing care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting while supporting resident recovery and maintaining high clinical standards. You’ll work closely with RNs, providers, CNAs, and therapy teams to ensure quality outcomes and a safe, supportive environment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status, including vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support residents’ recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care.
