Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama . This opportunity offers flexibility to fit your career goals — available as a full-time inpatient/outpatient role or a part-time inpatient rounding position .

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time: Combination of inpatient and outpatient work with high earning potential.

• Full-Time: ALL inpatient covering multiple hospitals.

• Part-Time: Inpatient rounding approximately 3–4 hours per day

• Collaborative work with mid-level providers, including supervision and support

• Call: 1 weekend per month and 1 weeknight per week

• Competitive compensation, full benefits (for W2), or 1099 flexibility

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).

• Active or eligible medical license in State that you are applying to

• Experience or strong interest in addiction treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care.

• Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.
