Your Role as an LPN Charge Nurse:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents according to care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team
- Supervise and support CNAs and care staff during the shift
- Maintain resident documentation and uphold clinical policies
Qualifications:
- Current and active LPN License
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
