We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Window Film Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of window film application, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of window film (solar, security, decorative, privacy) on commercial and residential windows.
• Prepare surfaces for film application, including cleaning and removing existing film.
• Ensure a high-quality, bubble-free, and wrinkle-free installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain the installation process and answer questions.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Manage inventory of film and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience ( [e.g., 2+ years] ) as a window film installer, preferably in both commercial and residential settings.
• Strong understanding of different window film types and their applications.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, and work on ladders.
