Office Manager

Description Office Manager (Contract-to-Hire) We are seeking an organized and dependable Office Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will provide essential support in office operations and serve as a key point of contact for both internal staff and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: + Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and general administrative support. + Serve as the primary client liaison, handling inquiries and providing responsive, professional service. + Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts. + Support basic accounting functions, including preparing reports and coordinating with external accounting resources. + Maintain confidential records and ensure office compliance with company policies. + Provide support for special projects and help ensure organizational efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or similar roles. + Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles; familiarity with accounting software is a plus. + Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Customer service orientation and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. + Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
