Job descriptionBall HealthCare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in our Mobile, Alabama market. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of facility Dietary departments in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing, and as may be directed by the Administrators, to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and the dietary departments are maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner. If you have a desire and a passion to serve in a Skilled Nursing environment, long-term and short-term healthcare, this is the opportunity for you!Minimum Qualifications:Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD)Must have Supervisory and Management experience Minimum of three years Long-Term Care work experience preferredMust create budgets and ensure the facilities meets health and safety code requirementsMust be able to coordinate dietary services and activities with nursing services and other related departments in assisting in the developing of diet plans for residentsMust have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingMust maintain the confidentiality of the residents, comfort and positive attitude in communicating with the elderlyJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Competitive Pay and an Excellent Benefits ProgramInterested in joining our team, email your resume!Ball HealthCare Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
