**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Observe and report any suspicious behavior or potential hazards within the location.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for Allied Universal and client reference.
+ Communicate professionally with property tenants, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Experience providing customer service is preferred.
+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Ability to work at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
