Lumora Talent Consulting is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Southeast Alabama to identify a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join its collaborative multidisciplinary clinical team. This opportunity is open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 residency candidates seeking a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and long-term professional growth.

The selected physician will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive urologic care while contributing to quality initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic growth efforts across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care to adult patients in both outpatient and hospital settings
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with evidence-based clinical standards
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership on operational and patient care initiatives
• Support quality improvement programs and efforts to standardize patient care processes
• Participate in strategic planning related to service line growth, patient outcomes, and clinical operations
• Maintain strong working relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, staff, and referring providers
• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and best practices
• Participate in medical staff committees and interdisciplinary care initiatives
• Support quality assurance programs and monitor patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with organizational leadership regarding clinical and operational matters

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Day shift schedule

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Alabama
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical leadership experience or participation in medical staff committees
• Interest in quality improvement, clinical program development, and organizational growth initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
