We are hiring a full-time Customer Sales Representative to guide prospective customers from an initial face-to-face conversation through product selection, enrollment, and follow-up.

Previous sales experience is not required. New representatives receive practical training, ongoing coaching, and direct support designed to build confidence from day one.

What you’ll own

• Start professional face-to-face conversations with prospective customers
• Ask purposeful questions to understand individual needs and preferences
• Recommend suitable products or services based on each conversation
• Explain available options, benefits, and next steps clearly
• Answer questions and address customer concerns with confidence
• Guide interested customers through the enrollment or purchase process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up needs
• Work toward individual sales, conversion, and customer-care goals
• Share recurring questions and customer feedback with the team
• Represent Alloy Talent Co. and its clients with professionalism and integrity
