We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Manager to lead and grow our team of mobile automotive technicians, ensuring top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Automotive Mobile Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of mobile service units. This role combines operational leadership, technician management, and customer service to ensure all mobile automotive services are delivered efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of mobile technicians across multiple service zones.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
• Monitor technician performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, repair standards, and customer service excellence.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt, satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain service vehicles and equipment, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Track performance metrics (completion time, customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate, etc.) and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with parts suppliers, logistics, and fleet management teams to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new mobile technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal automotive service regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive service management or mobile repair operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing field or mobile service teams.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and logistics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Proficient with service management software or apps
