Position Overview
OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.
- Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $60 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.
- Cash Incentives : Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.

- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
- Help members set and achieve goals
- Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent
- Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.

- Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
