Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of individuals with behavioral health needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide individual and group therapy consistent with evidence-based practices
- Respond to crises, execute safety planning, and apply de-escalation techniques as needed
- Document progress notes, treatment plans, and required regulatory records
- Collaborate with nursing, psychiatry, social work, and security staff to coordinate care and ensure safe transitions

Requirements
- Active license as a Behavioral Therapist
- Relevant experience in behavioral health or mental health care; inpatient or corrections experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an inpatient corrections setting
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete credentialing and comply with facility policies
