LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL drivers for an over the road position running established freight lanes throughout the eastern United States. This opportunity is ideal for drivers who want dependable freight, competitive weekly pay, and a company that keeps trucks moving instead of sitting.

Drivers average more than 3,000 miles each week hauling dry van freight east of Texas. All freight is 100 percent no touch, allowing you to spend your time driving instead of loading trailers. Routes are planned to avoid New York City, giving drivers productive freight without the delays and congestion that come with running into the city.

Average weekly earnings range from $1,400 to $1,900 based on verifiable experience and miles. Drivers also have opportunities to earn referral incentives, on time performance bonuses, and educational scholarship benefits for eligible family members.

Home time is every other weekend with a full 48 hour reset, providing a dependable schedule while still maximizing weekly mileage and earning potential.

Drivers are assigned 2021 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, refrigerators, microwaves, televisions, power inverters, and other amenities designed for long haul comfort. Technology throughout the operation simplifies paperwork and keeps drivers moving efficiently from load to load.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience within the past 36 months. Candidates must meet all DOT qualifications and maintain a safe driving record.
