As the Director for Technology Risk Resiliency within PNC's Technology Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

Responsibilities for this role include:
•\tOwnership of the Technology Resiliency and IT Availability Programs
•\tLead the resiliency and recovery planning for all technology and third parties with a technology integration
•\tInfluence architectural design patterns and data center resiliency related decisions
•\tLead the resiliency and recovery planning for the business of Technology which includes human capital, third parties and technology
•\tLead the technology resiliency investments and oversee the execution of those investments (continuation of Operational Resiliency)
•\tDeveloping and maturing resiliency competencies within PNC

•\tStrong technical acumen with the ability to translate that knowledge in business terms
•\tKnowledge of resiliency requirements/best practices
•\tDisciplined, organized and able to drive execution of a large program/strategic initiative
•\tTrusted advisor with the ability to operate, influence, and communicate credibly at the executive level
•\tUnderstand technology design patterns to achieve resiliency
•\tExperience working with regulatory expectations and guidelines related to resilience requirements
•\tKnowledge of cloud technologies enable resilience.
•\tResiliency and related competencies, including system availability and data integrity
•\tExperience participating in an enterprise resilience program
•\tExperience with third-party technology resilience
•\tExperience validating resiliency strategies

Job Description
  • Directs the strategies, initiatives, policies and programs for global infrastructure development, processes and teams support and management.
  • Drives infrastructure planning, development strategies and initiatives; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
  • Communicates with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
  • Leads the development and adoption of best practices for technology architecture and management.
  • Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree and higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications. Industry -relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $125,000.00 – $264,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
