Full-time post-acute behavioral health role providing psychotherapy services to older adults in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This position offers a round-and-go model , strong clinical support, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights

- Estimated annual compensation: $76,080–$90,024 (uncapped productivity)
- Focus on clinical care — administrative and billing support provided

Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in SNF/LTC settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide ongoing therapy and follow-up care
Candidate Qualifications
- Active Alabama license as LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
- Eligible to practice and bill independently
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Passion for serving the geriatric population
- LCSWs not eligible for this role
