• Lead daily BOH operations and inspire your team with Lucy's values & culture
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu innovation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee food preparation, safety, sanitation, and consistency standards
• Manage inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and cost controls
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop a strong culinary team
• Create memorable guest experiences through passion, creativity, and precision

• 2+ years in a culinary leadership role (Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook)
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume kitchen
• Financial acumen with experience in cost control, ordering, and labor management
• A natural leader who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and brings positivity + drive
• Serve Safe certification preferred
