We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of branding and marketing projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity

• Track project milestones and prepare progress reports

• Organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items

• Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks

• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date

• Identify potential risks and propose effective solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
