CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | Weekly Home Time | $1,191–$1,401 Weekly Avg. + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Oriole Transportation is now hiring professional Class A CDL drivers for our Regional Fleet . Enjoy consistent home time, reliable miles, and a supportive team that values your work and well-being.

Position Highlights:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • $500 after your first load

  • $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated)

• Weekly Home Time : 34-hour reset at home each week

• Average Weekly Pay : $1,191–$1,401+ gross

• Average Weekly Miles : ~2,000 (dependent on availability and hours of service)

• Average Haul Length : Approximately 300 miles

• Freight Type : 100% no-touch

  • 50–60% drop & hook

  • 40–50% live unload

• Detention Pay : $12.50/hour after 2 hours

• Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day

• Performance Bonus : Up to an extra 3 CPM for safety, mileage, and productivity

• W-2 Position with a dedicated solo account

Equipment & Support:

• Late-model trucks (2021 or newer) – Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths

• Assigned automatic transmission trucks (take-home trucks)

• 24/7 operations and driver support

• Dry van trailers with regularly updated equipment

Orientation & Onboarding:

• Paid 3-day orientation

• Transportation provided to orientation site

• Get paid during onboarding and training

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Must be 21 years or older

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Familiarity with electronic logging systems (E-Logs) preferred
