LOCATION: Mobile, AL JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for maintaining all files both physical and electronic for EHSSQ – utilizing one system for all required records.
- All records will be maintained per the company Records Retention Policy.
- Acts as the Document Control Coordinator for EHSSQ which involves assisting in reviewing and updating procedures/manuals to keep current with site requirements.
- Responsible for updating procedures through Open Text – all changes and revisions will be managed through this role including managing any additional support
- Communication focal point for EHSSQ – ownership of Teams, One Note.
- Responsible for scheduling and recording of meeting minutes and action items for EHSSQ Department meeting, EHSQ Site Meetings, Superintendents meetings, Community meetings and other EHSQ initiatives determined by Department Manager.
- Issues all Purchases Orders and manages outline agreements (OA’s) and vendors for the entire department.
- Tracks all third-party work, commitments and spend remaining – monthly updates.
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two years office experience required.
- Must be able to relate in a professional manner to co-workers and outside contacts in person and by telephone and/or written correspondence.
- Should have good organization skills and be a self-starter.
- Must be advanced or Intermediate skill level in Computer Based-Programs (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, skype, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Open Text, Ariba, and SAP) Typing 40 wpm or more.
