Plating Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:30pm )

• You will prepares parts by cleaning and degreasing them
• You will set up and operates plating equipment (tanks, baths, pumps)
• You will mix and maintains chemical solutions
• You will monitors temperature, pH levels, and current during plating.
• You will loads and unload parts into plating racks or barrelsInspects finished products for quality and consistency
• Pay can increase based on Experience

Plating Operator Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of chemistry and electrical processes
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding coating thickness and quality
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and protocols

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Work Environment:

• Work performed around overhead cranes and moving equipment Industrial setting with variable conditions
• Facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
