Job Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Community & Platform Operations Manager to oversee our digital ecosystem, combining e-commerce management, community engagement, and platform operations. This role at REV will be instrumental in creating meaningful connections while ensuring our technical infrastructure runs smoothly. This position begins as a 1099 contract with the intention to convert to full-time employment.
What You'll Do:
Community Experience Design
Architect and manage engagement flows in the REV Network (forums, comments, interactions, DMs, recognition)
Collaborate with content and product leads to design challenges, rituals, and recurring engagement rhythms (weekly prompts, check-ins, spotlight moments)
Ensure Founding Members, CLC participants, and general members feel seen, valued, and supported
Design social engagement mechanisms within content experiences
Community Management & Operations
Serve as first responder to community inquiries, celebrations, and conflicts—ensuring our tone, voice, and values show up everywhere
Lead onboarding of members into cohorts and special events
Facilitate and moderate live chat, event threads, and network-wide moments
Monitor usage and surface insights for improvement and content generation
Design and implement social media strategies across platforms
Drive community engagement and growth across all channels
Platform & E-Commerce Management
Maintain and update our WordPress/WooCommerce website
Configure and manage product listings in WooCommerce
Set up and maintain on-demand printing through drop ship and similar services
Optimize product pages for conversion and user experience
Implement technical solutions that enhance community experience
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal site performance
AI Collaboration & Automation
Partner with AI Architect to set up AI agents for community onboarding, nudging, and FAQ response
Automate badge issuing, welcome flows, and member highlights
Help define the "voice" and vibe of automated community interactions
Use AI tools to summarize conversations, identify trending topics, and assist in creating scalable engagement rituals
Cohort Support & Program Facilitation
Manage engagement within Connected Leaders' Collectives
Facilitate introductions, nudges, and accountability check-ins
Help coaches and facilitators stay informed on participant status
Coordinate reminders, recap posts, and community follow-ups
Who You Are:
3-5+ years of experience in online community management, digital operations, or e-commerce
Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and digital platforms
Working knowledge of on-demand printing platforms (Printify, Printful, etc.)
Deep empathy and high emotional intelligence—you see and care for people in digital spaces
AI-native or fluent in learning fast: ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Airtable, Tally, Slack, Circle, etc.)
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and basic design skills
Experience working across teams, building community operations, and scaling with systems
A natural connector and encourager, with operational chops to back it up
Bonus If You:
Have experience in leadership development, coaching communities, or purpose-driven brands
Can run challenges, gamified community flows, or digital rituals
Know how to turn community insights into product/content improvements
Have experience with creating social proof and testimonial collection processes
Possess basic design skills and familiarity with design software
