Job Summary

Quality Systems SAP Support p rovide and manage day-to-day Quality Management SAP support, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and handling support tickets for North America (NA) Row Crop (RC) and Crop Protection .

Job Description

• Quickly and effectively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve quality management (QM) SAP issues through collaborations with 3rd party IT vendors and/or subject matter experts to enable the business. Meet SLA timelines for QM SAP tickets quickly and effectively.
• Triage QM SAP support requests that they come in via QS Helpdesk Azure Dev Ops platform to appropriate colleagues to ensure all site quality systems needs are being met & provide back up support within SLA timelines.
• Proactively monitor the SM37 program, Lot linking program & table maintenance tool to make sure all jobs are running correctly and mitigate/resolve any issues that failed within QM SAP.
• Evaluate and perform testing procedures to ensure that all software break/fixes and/or enhancements meet quality system standards and provide feedback to 3rd party IT Vendors. Then develop training materials and deliver User Acceptance Training (UAT) as needed.
• Proactively maintains and supports CP Certificate of Analysis (CoA) in bound and out bound SharePoint site to meet compliance, customs requirements, and processes to ensure customers have required documentation.
• Maintain the “Systems Development Lifecycle,” to manage quality data processes and tools from creation to retirement.

Skills Required

• Working knowledge of SAP processes, SAP configuration, SAP QM module, quality systems applications or equivalent business applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.
• Possess strong self-management skills, collaborative team members, strong partnering & networking skills, & stakeholder management skills to accomplish agreed upon outcomes.
• Strong self-motivative skills to work independently and get tasks completed independently of much supervision.
• Willingness to ask questions or ask for help when you encounter something unfamiliar.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget by effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency, complexity, and client needs.
• Understand a wide variety of technical, regulatory, & procedural quality processes
• Preferences: Beneficial if a candidate has knowledge and experience working with ABAP, SQL, & general coding

Education/Training/Certifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Agriculture, or a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent experience with demonstrated knowledge of SAP systems.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of travel may be required to attend onsite functions.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $27.00 to $35.84 per hour based on qualifications.
