Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned Porter to become a valuable addition to our team. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an outstanding training program aimed at cultivating strong leadership abilities in you.

You will work closely with our Maintenance Team as well as other service teams to ensure that our community operates smoothly and according to safety standards.

Your daily job:

Utilize your great organizational skills to maintain recreational and common areas clean and well-maintained.

Assist with cleanouts and waste removal as needed to keep the community tidy and attractive.

Manage a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Demonstrate a go-getter attitude and proactive approach to your work.

Work closely with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors to communicate effectively and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features regularly to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal and overall satisfaction of residents.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the needs of the community.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual a plus
