• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Assist potential clients in understanding available insurance and financial services.
• Process applications, policy changes, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the agent in administrative tasks and outreach efforts to grow the client base.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
• A strong desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
• Availability to work standard business hours in Gadsden, Alabama.
