OTR Company Driver

• Pay that grows with you. Earn up to $92,160 per year. Base pay ranges up to 58CPM with 1CPM raises for tenure. Up to 6CPM in monthly bonus opportunities available.*
• Extra pay where it counts. Earn additional income through detention, breakdown, layover, and drop pay-so every part of your time on the road is valued.*
• Nationwide runs without the headaches. Run all 48 states with no NYC, with common lanes between Florida, Texas, and the Midwest.
• Consistent OTR schedule. Stay out 10-14 days minimum, with a home time policy of 1 day home for every 7 days out.
• Miles that build strong paychecks. Average 2,500-2,800 miles per week or 10,000-12,000 miles per month.

Regional Company Driver

• Pay that grows with you. Earn up to $92,160 per year. Base pay ranges up to 58CPM with 1 CPM raises for tenure. Up to 6CPM in monthly bonus opportunities available.*
• Extra pay that adds up. Earn more with detention, breakdown, layover, and drop pay-so your time is always compensated.*
• TX Regional. Stay in the heart of Texas freight. Run the I-35 corridor from the Valley to DFW, Amarillo, and into Oklahoma.
• Southeast Regional. Run high-volume Southeast lanes. Primarily operate between FL, GA, NC, and AL with consistent freight.
• Midwest Regional. Midwest-focused freight. Run Iowa and surrounding states with consistent regional lanes.
• Flexible home time options. Run 5-10 days out with a home reset, or 10-14 days out with 34-48 hours at home.
• Reliable weekly miles. Average 2,300-3,000 miles per week or 9,000-12,000 miles per month.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
