Senior Estimator
About the Company:
The company was founded 35 years ago and continues to grow today as a respected Construction Management/Design Build Company. The project portfolio includes commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and many others.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Estimating – start with the drawings and take all the way through
- Develop preliminary cost estimates
- Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering , etc.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Construction related degree preferred
- 10+ years minimum – hands-on commercial project estimating
- Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling
- Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings)
***This position is based in Fort Myers, FL (relocation assistance).
