**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Missile Defense System Engineering Operations Data Analyst** to join our team! In this role you will develop state-of-the-art digital tools and perform data management, linking authoritative sources of truth, to support the development, validation, allocation, synchronization, and prioritization of Missile Defense System engineering plans and objectives.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Develop and maintain the MDA Enterprise Systems Management (MDA/SEO) Data Engine using a variety of digital engineering and data management tools.
+ Develop and maintain a database of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to enable the development, validation, allocation, synchronization, and prioritization of Missile Defense System engineering plans and objectives.
+ Develop dashboards and other data visualization tools to enable reporting of engineering data to working- and executive-level audiences.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience working with the Missile Defense System or another complex Department of Defense weapon system.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
+ Demonstrated ability to understand a complex weapon system through a digital lens, implementing digital engineering practices.
+ Experience in creating SharePoint lists and other data management and visualization products.
+ Familiarity with MBSE methodologies, industry best practices, and utilization of MBSE tools.
+ Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with rapid problem-solving ability.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, data analytics, or similar field
+ Experience with the following software tools: Microsoft Office 365 Tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Project, Tableau), Cameo, DOORS Classic, and DOORS Next Gen
**Security Clearance Requirement:**
A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
