Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathology opportunity is available in Troy, AL, serving two PreK-12 school sites. This contract position runs from August 5, 2025, through May 22, 2026, encompassing the full academic year. Candidates with Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are encouraged to apply, including those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to students across all grade levels (PreK-12)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and administrators to support student progress
• Utilize assessment tools to identify individual student needs and develop appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with healthcare providers when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license in the state of Alabama (required for SLP applicants)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and qualified SLPAs
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an educational environment
