Job Title: New Home Sales Agent
Location: Huntsville, AL
Job Description: As a New Home Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company, guiding prospective homebuyers through their journey of purchasing a new home. You will leverage your real estate expertise to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and close sales in our vibrant Huntsville community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the home buying process, from initial inquiries to final closing.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our home designs, features, and community amenities.
- Conduct model home tours and open houses, showcasing our properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our properties and community.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Stay current on local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Alabama.
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Huntsville area and its neighborhoods is a plus.
